Nick Scunziano was born in Brooklyn in 1962. He received a B.A. from Vassar College in 1984 and attended Columbia University, School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation, Division of Real Estate Development, prior to entering the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He received his J.D. from Cardozo in 1990.
Nick has extensive experience in commercial and construction litigation, having spent the first five years of his career working for boutique Manhattan litigation firms. In addition to litigation, his current work focuses on real estate, Medicaid and estate planning and counseling clients with bankruptcy and foreclosure issues.
In 1994, Nick opened a private law practice in Brooklyn. Currently, Scunziano & Associates, LLC has an office located in the Dyker Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn that provides general legal counsel to their clients as well as specialized counsel in the areas of real estate, commercial litigation, construction litigation, personal injury, wills, trusts and estates, corporate formation, business transactions, and bankruptcy, foreclosures and loan modifications.
